We may also request proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement). Verification usually completes within one business day. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, the same standard applies. If documents are unclear or do not match your account details, we will ask you to resubmit.

When you register on pursuer, we ask for your email address, a username of your choice, a strong password, your full name, date of birth, and a mobile phone number. We use this information to create your account, send you login codes, and contact you about account activity. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register. Your email and mobile number must be accurate so we can send you important notifications and recovery codes if you lose access to your account. After registration, you can log in and start depositing funds or exploring our games. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification.

Payments and transactions

Pursuer does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on your account. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, the balance is credited to your pursuer account at no additional cost to you. Payment providers may have their own fees, but those are between you and your bank or e-wallet. When you request a withdrawal, we do not deduct a fee from your balance. The amount you request is sent back to your payment method minus any charges your bank or provider applies. We aim to keep withdrawals fast and straightforward.

When you submit a withdrawal request on pursuer, we begin processing it immediately. After you confirm your request in the app, funds are typically reviewed and sent to your bank or e-wallet within a standard business window. The exact time depends on your payment method and bank; some e-wallets like mobile banking and local payment may show the credit within hours, while bank transfers to online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking may take one business day. Your pursuer account shows the withdrawal status so you can track progress. If there are any issues—such as a mismatch between your registered name and your bank account—we will contact you to clarify. We do not guarantee exact realtime processing, but we work to resolve all requests promptly.

Game rules and betting

Before you begin using pursuer games, you should understand three key areas. First, read our terms and conditionswhich cover account ownership, fund security, and dispute resolution.
