When you first open a pursuer account, we ask for your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. This information lets us verify your identity before you can withdraw money. We do this to comply with anti-fraud standards and to confirm you are accessing our service from a jurisdiction where it is legally available.
After you submit your initial details, you can log in and start exploring our live tables or sportsbook immediately. However, before your first withdrawal, our verification team will ask you to upload a photo of your national ID or passport. This step typically takes a few hours; we review documents during standard business hours. Once your identity is confirmed, you can move money in and out of your pursuer account without further delays.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but recommended. You can enable it in your account settings to require a code from your phone each time you log in. This extra step prevents unauthorised access even if someone obtains your password.

Withdrawals and account verification windows
When you request a withdrawal from your pursuer account, we process it to the same payment method you used for your last deposit. For example, if you deposited via online payment, we send your winnings back to that e-wallet wallet. All withdrawals go through a verification check. Our team confirms your identity matches your account profile and that the amount is available. Once approved, the money reaches your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank account according to each provider's transfer speed. Bank transfers may take longer than wallet transfers, especially outside business hours or during holiday periods like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha.

Our pursuer app is available for iOS and Android. It provides the same access to live tables, sportsbook markets, and account management as the desktop site. For the best experience, we recommend broadband or a 4G connection; 3G works but video may buffer occasionally. For live dealers specifically, your camera and microphone permissions are optional—you only need to grant them if you want to use the video chat feature, which some players enjoy during quieter tables.
If you experience lag or video freezes, try refreshing the page, closing other tabs, or switching to our low-data mode. If a table crashes, reconnect and your bet history will be restored. We maintain live support to help with app crashes or streaming issues.
